This is speaker table is my desk of choice 12 years and counting. I took dimensions and settled on what fit me best in terms of reach, sketching area and computer needs in the smallest footprint. It’s 7ft long but the legs fold and will squeeze through 3 flights of stairs, in an elevator, and just about anywhere else I’ve rented. 

I’ve found most exciting ideas are born out of mistakes made either in sketch or while hands-on building of a plan goes awry. Mistakes should be a feature of human intelligence if we dont want to get replaced by robots.
